How do I pass the barrier?
Within a few minutes after completing your booking you will receive an SMS with a four-digit code that you use to open the barrier. Please make sure you enter your contact details correctly.

How do I access the service building?

• Use the four-digit code you used to pass the barrier upon arrival.


• You will find the service building in the same building as Kanalkrogen along the harbour promenade.


• Note! From October 1 to May 6th the motorhome space is open with reduced prices due to low season. This means that there is no access to any facilities or other services. It is also not anti-slip or snow-free.

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in from 12:00 noon on the day of arrival. Check-out no later than 11:30 am on the day of departure.
