Hotell Rödesund

Hotel | Hotel and Bistro Rödesund is located in the heart of Karlsborg, between Lake Vättern and Lake Bottensjö, just a stone's throw from the Göta Canal and a short walk to Karlsborg Fortress. The hotel is newly renovated with a popular newly opened bistro.

Hotel Rödesund reopened on February 1, 2021, and offers 25 newly renovated hotel rooms. Half of the rooms also have newly renovated bathrooms. The hotel rooms are equipped with new Hilding beds, desks, TVs, and Wi-Fi. The rooms are located on the first and second floors, with an elevator available to the first floor, where we also offer an accessibility-adapted room. A large homemade breakfast buffet is included with your stay at Hotel Rödesund.
 
In November 2022, Bistro Rödesund opened, an à la carte restaurant with a bar. It is open 7 days a week and has become a popular spot for both guests and locals from Karlsborg. Table reservations are recommended.
