• Water, trash, latrine, and grey water disposal are easily accessible at the parking area.

• You are close to the community of Borensberg, which has grocery stores, exercise trails, and other amenities. Additionally, a playground and beach are just a stone's throw in the opposite direction from the parking area.

• The parking area is not plowed during the winter.
